The updated utility is bundled with Prairie View starting with version 5.5 Update 5. The following is only relevant for systems running an earlier version of Prairie View.
The TeamViewer 8 based remote support utility bundled with version 5.0 through 5.5 Update 4 is no longer being supported (see https://community.teamviewer.com/English/discussion/108666/teamviewer-8-end-of-life/p1 for more details). A new remote support utility based on TeamViewer 12 is now available for download here, or near the bottom of the Previous Releases section on the right side.
The updated remote support utility can be downloaded and run directly, and/or copied/moved to C:\Program Files\Prairie\Prairie View\Utilities\ replacing the deprecated RemoteSupport.exe so that the Help -> Remote Support... menu option works from Prairie View.
